Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy for Customers

If you no longer need a service, feel free to cancel it. To cancel a service, visit the cancelation corner and confirm. To compensate your service provider for their time and effort, we’ll apply a cancellation fee or penalty for specific services. Our cancelation fees changes depending on the time, effort and locations.

Cancel fees

You may be charged a fee for cancelling a service when both of the following occur:

·         12 hours or more pass since you booked your service request

·         Your stylist is on site based on agreement within the estimated arrival time

If you cancel a scheduled service within 20 minutes of the service, we’ll charge a 50% cancellation fee of the total charge of Service excluding the products purchased (if any). All products purchased will be fully paid for.


No-show fee

No-show fees are charged under these circumstances:

1.       Your Service Provider arrived at the agreed location but you are not available

2.       Your Service provider waited 5 minutes or more and you are not at location

3.       Your service provider tried to contact you

StylistHomes may charge you a no-show fee if you aren’t at the agreed location within 3 minute of your Service provider arrival.

How to dispute a fee

If you think you were wrongly charged a cancellation fee, we are more than happy to help. Simply complete the contact us form or send us an email telling us about the problem. We may ask for a brief description of the challenge while we investigate.

Cancellation and no-show fee policy for Service Providers

As consideration for your time and effort, Service Providers receive cancellation and no-show fees. Fees are based on your region and Service types.

Cancellations by passengers

If a Customer cancels when you’ve already started driving or you are already on site, you can earn a cancellation. You’re only eligible to receive a cancellation fee if your client cancels. Please note StylistHomes reserves the right to withhold, deduct, or reduce the amount of any cancellation fee payments at our discretion, including if fees are determined or believed to result from error, fraud, or a violation of the StylistHomes Terms of Service
